Mini Buttermilk Pancakes

Ingredients:

1 cup All-Purpose Flour

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

Pinch of salt

1 egg

1 cup Buttermilk

Direction:

1. Combine all dry ingredients in a mixing bowl.

2. Mix together the wet ingredients; then create a well in the dry bowl to add the wet ingredients.

3. Lightly stir the ingredients and spoon out onto a hot skillet with a 1/3 measuring cup.
